Payment options

You can pay your order via Ideal, Paypal or via bank transfer. 

Shipping

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped as soon as possible after the total amount has been transferred to Stokwolf's bank account. 

It's also possible to pick up your order at Stokwolf in Arnhem. Please make an appointement in advance.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs within the Netherlands are  €3,75  for standard letter post and €6,25 for parcel post.

For shipping to an adress in Belgium, France, UK or Germany we will charge  €6,50 for standard letter post and €8,60 for parcel post.

Free shipment from  €50,- (the Nederlands) and €75,- (Belgium, France, UK or Germany). Ook afhalen is gratis.

Returning your order

Orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are intact, unused and undamaged. Any amount already payed will be refunded to you. 

Return shipments which are not carfully packed or are damaged, will not be refunded. |
The shipping costs of the return shipment are normaliter for your own account, unless other arrangements apply.

Note: birth announcement cards has special return policy special. Please refer to the werkwijze.

Return policy

 Please use vooraf the contactform to register your return and include the following information: 

- your name
- the ordernumber of your order
- the name of the product you would like to return
- your bank account number and bank information neccecary to refund the amount. 

Rewturn the purchase in original condition within 14 days of recieving them to:
